1. Acceptance
By downloading or using the Ciclo de Áudio app (“App”), you agree to these Terms and, on iOS, to Apple's standard End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA). In case of conflict, whatever is most favorable to you under the law prevails.
2. Provider
The App is developed and published by Leonardo Alves, an individual ([REDACTED]).
3. The service
The App is a personal development tool for listening to your own audio daily during a habit cycle. It runs on the device, without needing internet.
4. Account and data
There is no account, login or registration. All data stays on your device; see the Privacy Policy.
5. Your content
You are solely responsible for the audio you record or import and must hold the rights to it. The developer does not access, monitor or store this content.
6. Notifications
Reminders are local notifications. You can turn them off in settings. Delivery depends on the operating system (for example, focus or battery saver modes).
7. Intellectual property
The App, its design, code, icons and the “Ciclo de Áudio” brand belong to Leonardo Alves. Reproducing, distributing, modifying or reverse engineering the App without authorization is prohibited, except where permitted by law.
8. Limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”, without warranties beyond those required by law. To the maximum extent permitted, the developer is not liable for data loss (for example, when uninstalling the App or due to device failure), for personal results of use or for operating system limitations. Nothing here removes rights guaranteed by consumer protection law.
9. Health
The App does not replace professional medical or psychological care.
10. Updates and changes
The App and these Terms may be updated. The current version is on this page.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The courts of the consumer's domicile have jurisdiction.
12. Contact
The Portuguese version is the original; in case of discrepancy, it prevails.
