Frequently asked questions

How does the 95% rule work?

You need to listen to at least 95% of the audio for the day to be marked as complete. The player bar shows your progress.

Why allow notifications?

They are the daily reminder at the time you chose. Enable them in your device settings under Ciclo de Áudio > Notifications.

Why does the App ask for the microphone?

Only to record your audio inside the App. The recording stays on your device. You can also import a file instead of recording.

Can I have several cycles at once?

Yes. Each cycle has its own audio, length and reminder time.

What happens if I miss a day?

The streak resets to zero, unless you enabled “Allow 1 pause” when creating the cycle.

How do I change the reminder time?

Open the cycle, tap the options and choose “Edit reminder”. The notification is rescheduled.

Can I restart a completed cycle?

Yes, from the celebration screen or the Achievements tab, under “Restart this cycle”.

Is my data saved?

Yes, on your device. Closing the App deletes nothing, but uninstalling deletes everything. There is no App account or cloud.

How do I delete my data?

Delete cycles and audio in the App, or uninstall the App to remove everything. We store nothing on servers.

How do I change the language?

The App follows your system language (Portuguese, English or Spanish; otherwise English). You can change it in More > Language.

Does the App need internet?

No. It works 100% offline.
